Trabajo como un diseñador. → Trabajo como diseñador. Professions after ser or como take no article.
Soy trabajando en una startup. → Estoy trabajando en una startup. / Trabajo en una startup. The progressive is estar + -ando; for a job that is simply true, the plain present is more natural.
Estoy responsable de las ventas. → Soy responsable de las ventas. / Me encargo de las ventas. Responsibility is a role, so ser; encargarse de is the everyday alternative.
