3 mistakes learners make here

Robaron mi pasaporte. → Me robaron el pasaporte. Spanish marks the victim with me and uses the article for the stolen item.
Estoy robado. → Me robaron. There is no "I was robbed" with estar; use the impersonal they form.
Ayer alguien roba mi bolsa. → Ayer alguien me robó la bolsa. A finished event in the past is preterite — and again, me + article.
