Sale, va: how Mexico says okay
Estoy de acuerdo is correct. It's also what a lawyer says. Friends say sale.
Sale comes from salir but nobody's leaving. In Mexico it means okay, fine, deal: ¿nos vemos a las ocho? Sale. Va does the same job (¿te parece? Va.) and the two together, sale, va, close a plan the way "OK, cool" does in English. You'll also hear órale, which covers okay, wow and let's go depending on tone.
Estoy de acuerdo means I agree, and it's right for opinions and meetings: estoy de acuerdo con la propuesta. For a time, a place, a plan, it's heavy. The same goes for claro que sí, fine but a bit emphatic; claro alone is lighter. And vale is Spain: understood in Mexico, but it marks you as having learned from a Spanish course.
Outside Mexico the equivalents shift: dale in Argentina, Uruguay and much of the Caribbean, listo in Colombia, ya in Peru and Chile. Está bien works everywhere if you're not sure.
