Mistakes learners make with conducir

In Mexico and much of Latin America, manejar is more common than conducir: ¿sabes manejar?
The yo present is conduzco. The preterite stem is conduj-: conduje, condujo, condujeron (not conducí or condujieron).
A driver's licence is la licencia de conducir (also licencia de manejo in Mexico).
