These terms govern your use of Juntos ("the Service"), operated by Michael Palmer trading as Juntos (Australia). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Juntos is a Spanish-learning application. Conversation partners, grading, feedback, generated exercises, level estimates and the training program are produced by artificial intelligence. They are learning aids, not certified assessments; they can be wrong, and CEFR levels shown are estimates.
Accounts
- You must be 16 or older.
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is prohibited.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; deletion is permanent.
Trials, subscriptions and payment
- New accounts receive a free trial of all features. When it ends, core content stays free and AI features require a Pro subscription.
- Pro is billed in advance monthly or yearly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
- Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice; changes never apply to a period already paid.
Fair use
AI features have reasonable daily usage limits to keep the service sustainable. Attempts to circumvent limits, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service may result in suspension.
Your content
Messages, recordings and writing you submit are used to run the service (transcription, grading, feedback) and to show you your own history. You keep ownership; we don't sell or publish it. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
