Free trial first
Every new account gets a free trial of everything, no card required — so you can decide before paying anything.
14-day money-back
If you subscribe to Pro and it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from the billing portal in the app; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Accidental renewals reported within 7 days are refunded.
How to ask
Email hello@hablajuntos.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
