Delete your Juntos data

Applies to every account, including accounts created with Google or Facebook sign-in.

From inside the app (immediate)

1. Sign in at hablajuntos.com/app.
2. Open Account from the sidebar (on a phone, the menu at the bottom).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

Your account, progress, error bank, practice history, messages and any social sign-in link are deleted at once. Nothing is kept in a recoverable form. Payment records that the law requires us to keep stay with our payment processor, Stripe, under their retention rules.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email hello@hablajuntos.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my data". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

Data from Google or Facebook sign-in

Signing in with Google or Facebook gives Juntos only your name, email address and the provider's account id. Deleting your Juntos account removes all three. Nothing is posted to your social accounts and no other data is read from them.
